Audrina Patridge‘s ex does NOT want their daughter to become a reality star at the age of two.
As we previously reported, it’s said Corey Bohan doesn’t want Kirra to be “exploited” on TV by joining her momma on The Hills reboot!
Per The Blast, he submitted court docs as part of an order “restraining either party from allowing the minor child to be filed [sic] or to appear on any reality television production without the express written consent of the other parent.”
And since the estranged husband is seemingly worried their little one has already filmed for the MTV show, he added the request for an order that Audrina “revoke any prior consent she may have provided for the minor child to appear on The Hills’ reboot.”
Adding that he never gave his consent for Kirra to appear, Corey wrote in the docs:
“I do not believe it is in Kirra’s best interest to appear on reality TV as the effects of being in the public spotlight could be extremely damaging to such a young child and could result in potentially dangerous interactions with fans and/or paparazzi. I believe that any consent that Audrina has given to allow Kirra to appear on ‘The Hills’ reflects poor judgment.”
Ouch! This just adds more drama to to their tense legal battle!
Especially as the poppa added in his court filings that his ex be ordered to pay him $50,000 for attorneys’ fees as their legal battle over Kirra “depleted his savings.”
Even if we won’t be seeing Patridge’s daughter on TV, we have a feeling we’ll certainly be hearing about the back-and-forth between the two parents!
