It sure looks like Google is trying to make Pixelbooks run Windows

A few months ago, we reported that Google might be working on a way to dual boot operating systems on its Pixelbook, thanks to mysterious references to ‘Alt OS’ in a firmware development branch. Now there’s even more evidence pointing towards the ability to run Windows somewhere down the line. What’s new? As pointed noted by XDA, new mentions of WHCK (Windows Hardware Certification Kit) and HLK (Windows Hardware Lab Kit) certainly make it look like Google is looking to pass Microsoft’s official certifications.
